Can you just press a button and it speaks the current time eg for blind/partially sighted people ?

I own one of these and can confirm there is a button in the centre of the controls at the top which has 'talking' written on it and it will speak the time any time it is pressed. It also states the temperature and humidity at the same time.

Having looked into this for you I can confirm that with this being a radio controlled clock it will only set the clock to 24 hour.

I have spoken to a local store and can confirm that the clock doesn't talk after a number of minutes and that the talking button is the only option.
