After looking into your query I can confirm that the mains adaptor on the York Aspire Cross Trainer plugs into the back of the machine behind the wheel, the mains power is used to power the electronic resistance system on the trainer and the display unit.

Having looked into this for you I can confirm that there is no reason why this would not be suitable for someone of this height. Please do take into consideration that this will depend on whether you are planning on using this machine in a room with low ceilings as this would then not be suitable.

I have looked into this with York and I can confirm that the cross trainer does not have a wireless receiver so cannot be used with the Polar chest strap. You will need a stand alone chest strap and watch for use with this machine.

After looking into your query, I can confirm that the York Aspire Cross Trainer comes with a standard one year warranty with ourselves. You are able to extend this by taking out an a 3 years breakdown care with ourselves, this can be found at catalogue number 890/3491.

About 34.5 inches. This is a measurement of the frame that the pedal sits on, on the lower section. I hope this makes sense.
