Thank you for your question.

After looking into your query I can confirm that the handlebars and seat are both adjustable, the machine does not have any pre-programmed workouts. So it is left for you to control your own performance and I apologize I was unable to find information regarding the heart monitor.

Hi, thank you for your question.

I have looked into your query and I can confirm that the York Nexus Exercise Bike comes in three major parts these are: the main body of the bike, the handle bars column and the seat column, therefore you are able to assemble and disassemble the handle bars column and the seat column whenever it is necessary.

Hi, thank you for your question.

Having looked into your query, I can advise the Kettler Advantage Electromagnetic Exercise Bike has a slanted vertical adjustment. This means that as the height is raised the seat will move horizontal as well as vertical away from the pedals. There is also a small horizontal adjustment for the seat.
