Answer(s)
1) The quad may need charging as may not have enough charge to pull the quad and child along,
2) The rider may be too heavy for the vehicle to be able to move.
3) The wheels may not be attached properly as some of the parts are needed to be interlocked so that the motor can turn the wheels - this can be tricky if unsure what are doing, it shows on the diagram the little cog things to go on but to turn the wheels this needs to click into the cog attached to the motor correctly, or the motor will just turn on its own and will no turn the wheels.
4) the flooring may not be level so the wheel that pushes the quad along may not have grip on the floor.

Question
One of the back wheel turns... other does not
I bought the quad a few hours back.

After assembling the quad as per instructions, when pressing the start button, right rear wheel turns but not the left wheel.

When my son sits on it and uses it, the quad moves very slowly and the right rear wheel turns much faster than the left.

Is there anything I might have done wrongly or is this how it is expected to work?? I checked and rechecked the instructions and am very confident that I have assembled as per instructions.
