The boxed weight of the Cookworks 3.5 Litre Slow Cooker is 5 kg. I have checked previous questions for you and a customer has put the weight of the Slow Cooker at approximately 4.5 kg.

I have checked this for you and the warm setting is approximately 170 degrees farahiet, with high setting at 300 and low setting at 200.

I made a stew this week in this slow cookers (cooked potatoes sepeartley) it fed 5 people large portions. I have also cooked a chilli and that feed 4 people. (would of fed easy 5 if I put more ingredients in)

Having looked into your query, I can confirm that ceramic is meant to sustain huge temperatures incredible hot or cold, and from previous customer reviews the removable dish has been placed into a oven.

However, if anything was to happen whilst in the oven, it would invalidate your warranty, so it left at your own discretion.

On low setting it uses very little electric ideal if you are out most of the day and yes there is a recipe booklet with it.
