How much electricity power does it use and do I get a 'cookbook' ideas with it?

On low setting it uses very little electric ideal if you are out most of the day and yes there is a recipe booklet with it.

Fortunately I still have the box and the measurements are Length 39 cm
Width 30 and depth 22.
The appliance is approx 4 and a half kilos in weight.

I have checked this for you and the warm setting is approximately 170 degrees farahiet, with high setting at 300 and low setting at 200.
