Question
Rocking lid
Hi, I purchased this slow cooker and found that the lid doesn't sit correctly on the top. It rocks side to side with a gap of around 5mm, is this normal or is there supposed to be an airtight seal around the lid?

Hi. Not sure? Mine doesnt seal exactly but no steam escapes but you can sort of slide the lid around the top of the ceramic bowl which doesnt affect the product at all

Hello Workingmum.

I have looked into this for you and can advise that, it is not recommended to use the crock pot of the Cookworks 6.5 Litre Slow Cooker - Silver in the oven, as it has not been designed for this purpose.

Thank you for using Argos Q&A.
