Hi,

Thanks for using Argos Q&A.

Having investigated your enquiry with TomTom I can confirm that the TomTom Via 135 5 Inch UK and ROI Sat Nav only features maps for the UK and Ireland. The item does come with a USB cable supplied.

If you are specifically after a sat nav that supports maps for western europe, I recommend searching for "Sat Nav Western Europe" on our website and seeing if any are suitable.

I hope this helps,

Hi, Malc.

Please compare the specifications of the TomTom Via 135 5 Inch UK and ROI Sat Nav and TomTom XL Classic 4.3 Inch UK & ROI Sat Nav, which are provided in the product descriptions. Question
My understanding of the term (MAPS FOR LIFE) is that TomTom will decide when to stop supporting a model and then is deemed life. Is this true
Its my understanding that the term Maps for life means only as long as they are going to support that particular model and not the fact of what most of us think when we see or hear that sort of terminology. Can you confirm if this is the case?

Many thanks
