Yes it can but you have to buy a 2Gb RAM module, notepads have only one slot for RAM so you will not be able to add, you'll have to remove the 1Gb and insert the new 2Gb.

Yes, it can be upgraded. To either a DDR2 PC2-5300 200pin SODIMM @ 667Mhz or PC2-6400 200sin SODIMM @ 800Mhz, 2GB Module.
At 1.8v .
Your old 1GB module will become redundant, as there is normally only one slot available for Ram inside netbooks.

Yes the laptop does have a selection of output connections. Namely one is a DVi output. This looks like a button on the exterior with 8 or 9 holes in. It will be either green or blue! You will need to purchase a relevant cable tho. DVi to DVi or DVi to TV.

Whilst I have been unable to find the specifications of your projector I can confirm that this netbook features both VGA and HDMI out. If your projector is compatible with either of these then you will be able to use it.

I found the webcam needed to be 'enabled' via the keyboard - the 'fn' key being held down and then press the cam icon key ... this appears to be a 'hadware switch' ... no problems at all after that

I believe the built in camera already has installed drivers. To rectify this problem i would run throught the Skype webcamera setup to double check the camera is active. If that is unsuccessful you can try alternate programs that use a webcamera, such as ICQ etc. You can also check the hardware install of the camera by typing "Webcam" in the start bar option and then selecting " Device Manager". Scroll down looking for any yellow triangles. You should find on the list one refering to the webcam. I hope that is of some help. Feel free to call the phone number at the bottom on your receipt for further help.

the u180 is wifi capable even though the function appears to require a one-off 'enabling' function via a keyboard activation, as does the cam - once done both work fine so connection to a home or work wifi is possible / easy ... the u180 is not 3g or 4g capable though so independent internet connection will of course require a suitable network dongle

Hey, well it depends what you mean by wireless really, it can hold it's charge for a few hours, as long as you don't play games like: World of Warcraft, Maplestory, or Secret World, because that would really drain the battery, but if you mean wireless for internet access, then yes it can set that up, if you already have a wireless router, all you have to do is click down in the bottom right of the screen, and it should bring up a list of all the networks within range of where you are, and you just have to click on the one that is yours, anyway I hope that this helps you.
