Hi, thank you for your question.

I have looked at the instructional manual and there is not a USB slot on the Bush 320GB Digital TV Recorder with Freeview+ so you will not be able to copy recorded programmes from this box onto a USB stick.

Thank you for using Question and Answer.

Hi, thank you for your question.

Having looked into this for you I can confirm that this maybe a fault with your product, however if you do also make sure that you have not filled your memory up on the Hard Drive as this will prevent any recordings being stored.

Thank you for using Argos Q&A.

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

I am sorry to say that the Bush 320GB Digital TV Recorder with Freeview+ can only record through its internal tuner, so that it won’t be able to record Sky TV.

Question
Is poor signal to blame?
I have a new TV that has a diitial tuner in. I also have this Bush Digital TV recorder so I can record TV programmes. When I connect the ariel to the TV it picks up the transmitter and lots of digital V channels with no degredation in pictire or sound qiality. When I connect the same ariel cable to the Bush recorder it can not pick up the same number of channels and of those it does pick up the pictire and sound quality is poor in that the picture keeps breaking up and some channels have no signal at all. Is this a fualt in the Bush recorder, or is it that the tuner in the TV is better than the one in the Bush recorder or is it just down to por signal quality?

I had the same issue with low signal, especially on the commerical channels (the epg did not show any details), but after trawling through all the stations I found that BBC1, BBC 2, BBC3, BBC 4 and the ITV channels appeared twice in the list. By selecting the second option I received a good signal and full epg details.

I think it may have something to do with the transmitter, where I live (west Midlands) I have a choice of 2.

Hi, thank you for your question.

I have looked into this for you and can confirm the Bush Freeview+ Digital TV Recorder - 320GB is only able to record the channels that are being transmitted from the digital tuner installed. This recorder will not be able to record from Donegal Rep Ireland if you receive channels from Northern Ireland.

Thank you for using Question and Answer.
