Question
How do I stop recorder turning off after 3 hours.
My recorder automatically switches itself off after 3 hours. This is annoying if we are watching Tv at the time as the TV goes off also!

In an answer to an earlier, similar question you advised accessing the set up up option, then re-tuning, switching the 'Auto Power Down' option off.

When I tried this the menu did not present a Setup option but took me straight into Retune and when this completed it just returned to the TV.

How can I access this option please?

Thanks.

Question
How do you alter recording start and end times?
In reply to an earlier question you said that the user manual gave instructions on how to edit the start and end times of recordings. This was a built-in feature on our previous recorder and avoids missing the first or last few minutes of a programme if the channel is running late,

Would you explain how to do this, please. I can find no reference to it in my copy of the manual.

Thank you.
