What is the actual width of this frame?
It states that it is "11.6cm". Surely this is incorrect? The screen size is 6.6'. This cannot be so if the width is 11.6cm.... Somebody please send me the actual dimensions in centmietres please.

The screen width is 14.5cm and the screen height is 8.5cm. Using Pythagorus this gives a diagonal of 16.8cm or 6.6 inches exactly as stated in the description.
The dimensions of the frame are exactly as stated in the description. Remember the frame can be orientated as landscape or portrait.

how do i delete images off the frame???
i have deleted all the photos from the sd card and it show up there are none on my computer and also on my camera but the photos are still on the digital photo frame when i put the sd card in?!

thank you for your question.
The frame cannot store any images itself, the problem would be in the memory card. The memory could have become corrupted so you would need to re-format it on your computer. If this does not work, you would need a new memory card.

You haven't deleted them properly from the SD card if this is happening. The frame does not "store" anything itself.

Yes, or you can get a SD card reader/writer and then transfer pics from your PC to a SD card and use that in the frame. Most new PCs have a built in SD card reader/writer.

You have to buy SD card for frame.
It depends how big your SD card for pictures. It can be 4GB - so it lots of pics!(hundreds, even thousands- depends of quality)
