how much weight can the bed carry?

My husband and I are heavy too and it holds us well, it doesn't shake or crick. Our daughter gets on the bed too to watch TV and it holds us all!

I doubt that the frame would be sturdy enough. I think the metal slats that support the mattress may bend with a lot of weight applied.

Does the length of the bed go from the furthest point at each end? Measurements to the 'cm' are important as my room is not massive!!

Having looked into this for you, I can confirm that the Darla Double Bed Frame - White uses four different screw sizes. These sizes are 13mm, 25mm, 35mm and 55mm and are fastened using the supplied Allen keys.

How sturdy is it !? How long will it last ?
I really need a bed that will be sturdy and the frame will not bend or brake and I need it to last long will this bed do the job ? :)

Yes this bed would deffinetley do the job, its all metal and very sturdy, me and my partner sllep on it and hes a 6ft man so it can hold the weight of both of us (:
