Thank you for your question.

After looking into your query I can confirm that Norton Anti-Virus will not cover your credit card transactions. It will however protect your comptuer against harmful software and monitor your computer so that it does not become victim of viruses or harmful programs. The software that you would be looking for would be Norton Internet Security.

Thank you for using Argos Q&A.

Norton Anti virus is adept at sniffing out virus and spy ware. You can change the default settings, but because of the question, I suggest that you leave the settings. Norton continually updates the program. You should not be disapointed with the purchase. I have been a client of Norton for over twenty years.
