I have looked into this and I am sorry we do not sell bases for this garden room. The instructions will provide details of how to lay a base yourself. I have checked and bases are readily available from other companies.

I have looked into this and as long as you answer no to the following no planning permission is needed:
1. Will the garden building stand forward of the principal elevation of your house, fronting the highway?
2. Will the garden building along with other buildings and additions, occupy more than half the area of land around the original house? (When it was first built or as it stood on 1st July 1948)
3. Will the garden building be built at the side of your house, on land designated as: a) A National Park b) The Broads c) As Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty d) A Conservation Area or e) A World Heritage Site?
4. Will the garden building be located within the curtilage of a listed building?

Box 1 – 6ft x 2ft x 3in deep.
Box 2 – 4ft x 2ft x 3in deep.
Box 3 – 6ft long x 9 in square.

Is there an option for the door to be placed on the left hand side instead of the right?
In the picture on the website the door is on the right of the garden room is there and option as to have it on the left of the garden room mainly because of the set up of our garden
