This keeps happening with my machcine. If you press the reset button on the back of the machine and turn the power completely off, then on again it works.

No it will not work at low temperatures. Just took mine back after 1 day. Argos say it is a known problem but as not publicised you entitled to full refund.

V similar sounding issue here. Ours (less than a week old) is in the garage and will either not start, or starts but just barely warm and certainly not hot. I have read elsewhere this type of sensor dryer may not be suitable for use in colder environment such as garage or shed.....I read below that warming the drum with a hairdryer can help, but im not willing to put up with that on a brand new machine so will have to send it back....

Question
two flashing lights
Could you please tell me what it means when the 6kg and the 2,5kg lights flash and the machine bleeps? There is nothing in the manual about this. I've tried every setting and the machine won't do anything. Very frustrating¡

Hiya, is the machine in the garage or utility room, I had this followed by the tumble not heating, the repair man said its v common in winter as tumble dryers do not like to work in the cold.
I read up online and seemed to have found a way to get it working, you take the filter bit out in the front and use a low heat on a hair dryer in it for 30 seconds, mine didn't work for 3 days and this has got it working tonight!
