Set the programme as per instructions whilst the door is open, then close the door and press 'Start'.

Sounds like what happened to me - using it in too cold an environment. Had to return mine which I wanted to use in a garage as it needs 16 degrees minimum according to Argos Service Line.

Remove the filter and use a hairdryer where the filter goes - just for 30 seconds. This should solve your problem.

Vented is hole in the wall which it fits out of, condenser is when you require the box to collate the water.

Hi there
We bought this a couple of months ago but when I switched it on this morning, the weight 2,5kg and the airing buttons light up and the unit beeps. The dryer will then not start.
Can you tell me what is wrong please.

This keeps happening with my machcine. If you press the reset button on the back of the machine and turn the power completely off, then on again it works.

No it will not work at low temperatures. Just took mine back after 1 day. Argos say it is a known problem but as not publicised you entitled to full refund.
