Battery life and transfer of music
I have a silver 8GB MP3 which has a faulty battery ..I am getting a similar replacement..Can I transfer the music that I have put on my MP3 to my computer then back onto my new MP3

Yes, you can indeed transfer the music that is on your current MP3 player to your computer, then transfer that to this Bush 8GB MP3 Player with Camera and Video.

Hi Gandan,

I have looked into this for you and can confirm that this product will be compatible with this docking station:

I can also confirm that this product is compatible with any of our docking systems/speakers that have AUX inputs. This will allow you to play music from the device however unfortunately this will not charge it.

Hi James,

I have looked into this for you and I can confirm that this product is not suitable for use with iTunes to transfer music directly onto. You can still transfer song from iTunes on your PC and then transfer from your PC to this device.

I can confirm that this product can be charged using the included USB cable, this can be connected to your PC or laptop to transfer music content.
I can also confirm that this product can support mp3, mp4, wma and wmv files but it does not have a card slot.

my fathers 55th birthday present
Hello I am buying this product for my father's 55th birthday he is always asking to use my lap-top for music and I don't mind but when he is in work he dose not have anything. I would like to know if this is suitable for my 55 year old dad so where ever he is he has his favorout music. my main questions are:
how many songs can you have?
how easy is it to use?
and would you recommend it

I can confirm that 8GB can hold around 2000 songs and the Bush MP3 player is very simple to use. If your father can use your laptop, he can use this MP3 player.

I can confirm that this device will be compatible with Windows Media Player however, please note that it will only be compatible with the following file formats, see below.

MP3, WMA, WAV, 320 x 240 Xvid video.

Hi, I have had this for 7 days and it won't even turn on already! It says "generating playslists" and the icon above it spins but goes nowhere!
is there a reset option or anything to try and solve this?
