Question
'FM Tuner'?
What does this mean exactly? Will it be able to connect to Capital FM as that is what I am looking for, a two in one, radio as well as my own music.

Question
shuffle feature
Does the shuffle feature shuffle, pick and then play songs from any album, or does it only 'shuffle' in the album you may be listening to at the time. I have a different player to this one at the moment, and the 'shuffle' feature only lets you shuffle songs around in the particular album you are listening to at the time, it doesn't shuffle through all the albums and play random tracks. Thank you.

Question
showing no disk
I can't get this to work, I finally got the device recognised as a removable storage device. The computer wants to format the device before use but then cannot do it. I cannot move files to the device. I tried the camera on photo and record and both times 'no disk!' came on the screen.

what is wrong?
Thank you.

Answer(s)
Hi Becs

You will need to format the disk via the computer before the device is used. Please perform a factory reset on the device itself before if possible and then plug it into the computer for formatting. If you are still having issues with the device please return to store and they will be able to further advise.

I hope this helps
