Question
Why won't my cmp332 only play one line of downloaded song
I have downloaded a number of songs to my laptop, all in MP3 format. I have copied them across to my MP3 player and checked that they are in the MP3 library. I can play them via my laptop but they only play whilst the song title is displayed on my Mp3 player.

Hi Frustrated. Thanks for your question, If the song that has been downloaded is only playing one line of the song, it probably has no downloaded properly, are you disconnecting your MP3 player from the laptop to play them? It will only display I song at a time and you need to navigate with the left and right buttons to go through the songs. Thanks for using Bush Q & A

Question
Can i play albums?
I have just bought this player and put about 20 or albums on it. When I try to play an album it looks like I have to press the directional button for ages to find the one I want. Surely I must be doing something wrong, every other player I have had there is an option to go to albums and play from there. Please can you advise.

Hi There

You may have to disable the feature of safe sound levels via the Windows Media Player itself before syncing the device. However if the device is giving you the option of maximum volume as is not outputting that, there may be a software fault with the device.

Question
How do you rip files onto this product?
Hi. I was just wondering with this Bush 4GB mp3 USB music stick, could I use my external disk drive to import cd tracks onto it?
My Cd’s work fine, so when I choose to ‘rip’ it, I would do so from my windows 7 media library and from there I guess I would need to change the rip setting format to MP3 to sync it to this portable device?

Answer(s)
Hi Viva La vida,

To rip from a CD using Windows media player the file format can be either ”MP3” or “WMA” - both formats are supported by this player. When connected to the PC the player will appear as an external drive called "CMP332_4G”, so files can be created directly on the player or created on your hard drive and copied across to the player using copy/paste or drag and drop.

I hope this helps!

Hi Chez

You may be experiencing issues with a file format, when you 'rip' tracks from the CD onto the computer please make sure you are copying the files as WMA or MP3 format.

I hope this helps
