Hi, thank you for your question.
I have checked the instruction manual and it states that you can charge only Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH) rechargeable batteries in the charger. All you have to do is load the batteries into the charger and plug it in and the batteries will charge.

Does the charger stop charging when full?
When the battery is full will the charger cease charging each battery on its own as required or does it just run on a timer? Dont want to damage by overcharging Or do I have to wait around until it is finished and then remove.
Can I place a near empty or half empty battery in it to charge, or must I wait until ther battery is completely empty. Dont want to build 'memory'

The charger does cease to charge when the batteries are full and also it will accept and charge batteries even if there is charge left in them. Hope this is helpful.
