Question
What voltage are these batteries?
I need 1.5V rechargeable alkaline batteries (not the NiCD or NiMH ones, as they are only 1.2V and they won't power my eqipment).

You've answered you're own question really Phil! These are NiMH cells so are 1.2V.
Are you sure that you cannot power your device with 1.2V cells? Most devices say they take 1.5V cells but work perfectly happily from 1.2V cells, I've yet to find a device that won't work from 1.2V cells for purely voltage reasons.

I doubt you'll find rechargable alkalines in the highstreet (though I could be wrong) so you'd probably need to find an online source.
